Copyright Infringement Complaint Procedures.

If you believe that any content or postings on our website or on our cloud hosted recruiting Service violates your copyright or other rights, please notify Entelo by email at or at 123 Mission Street, Suite 2400, San Francisco, California 94105. We prefer email. It is helpful to include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line of your email or written notice to Entelo.

Your message must include the following information:

(a) your name and the name of your company, if any;

(b) your contact information, including your email address;

(c) the nature and substance of your complaint, the specific rights at issue, and your basis for making the complaint, including the content or posting that is objectionable; and

(d) the following statement: “The statements, representations and assertions made in this message are true, complete, and accurate and I have the full legal authority to make each and every such statement, representation, and assertion and to make and be granted any demand made in this message.”

Entelo will respond to your message. The response may include removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material, if appropriate and required.

If Entelo determines the infringer is a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others then Entelo will terminate access to and use of the Entelo website or recruiting Service, or both. In the case of such termination, Entelo will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to Entelo.
